Lighting / with fiber optic technology

Our range includes projectors, lighting controls and a wide range of accessories for fiber optic lighting systems – tailored to the needs of the user. State-of-the-art LED high-performance light sources in a compact design for confined spaces. Highest service life of up to 50,000 hours!

Fiber Optic Cables / flexible
Fiber optic cables made of PMMA plastic fibers or high-purity glass fibers are used for the flexible transmission of light from the light projector to the loose or fixed light output.

End Optics / focused
FOS Inon offers you a wide range of spotlights, floor spotlights, recessed ceiling spotlights and light lines. Lenses, prisms and satined glass panes are used to bundle, scatter or direct the light. With our lens spotlights, light cones of e.g. 20° to 70° can be realized. Our end optics are usually handcrafted from high-quality stainless steel. They are also suitable for wet areas such as saunas, steam baths, pools or garden ponds. Due to the modular concept, you can choose between fiber optic and LED light:

Manufacturing Process
To ensure our light guides and fiber optic products meet the highest standards, we rely on a specialized manufacturing process. This allows us to guarantee exceptional chemical and tactile robustness so they can perform optimally in their respective environments. Precision is a critical factor in this, true to our motto: “Making the impossible happen.”
Materials Used
- Borosilicate: Glass with high temperature resistance and chemical resilience.
- PMMA (Polymethylmethacrylate): A thermoplastic, lightweight plastic with high light transmittance.
- Silica-Hard Clad: A robust plastic coating for improved strength and durability.
- Silica-Silica for UV and NIR Wavelengths: Our specialized glass fibers, optimized for the transmission of light in the ultraviolet (UV) and near-infrared (NIR) ranges.

Wir verfügen bereits über mehr als 30-jährige Erfahrung in der Ummantelung, Weiterverarbeitung und Konfektionierung optischer Fasern. Die Produkte werden in unserer Lichtmanufaktur ausschließlich in Handarbeit gefertigt. Unsere Endoptiken werden aus massiven hochwertigen Materialien wie z. B. Edelstahl, Messing und Aluminium gearbeitet. Die Materialoberflächen erfüllen höchste Ansprüche und werden je nach Anforderung dementsprechend veredelt und auf Wunsch handpoliert. Das Know-how aus der Fertigung von Lichtleitkabeln für die Sensor-, Medizin- und Lasertechnik konnte vollständig in die Lichttechnik eingebracht werden. Es sichert uns dadurch einen deutlichen technologischen Vorsprung – zu Ihrem Vorteil.
