Domain Migration and Change of Company Name of Synova Licht- und Sensortechnik GmbH

We hereby wish to inform you that Synova Licht- und Sensortechnik GmbH will be officially renamed FOS Inon Optics Asslar GmbH effective January 1, 2026.

This change of name represents a further step towards structural harmonization within the FOS Inon Group and strengthens our collective external presence under a unified brand identity.

What is changing?

New Company Name: FOS Inon Optics Asslar GmbH Business address, commercial register entry, managing directors, and responsibilities: remain unchanged. All existing contracts, agreements, prices, as well as terms of delivery and payment, shall remain valid in full force and effect. Your current points of contact remain available to you as usual.

Next Step: Group-wide transition of email domains Following the name change, we will standardize email domains across the group. Consequently, the website domain and email domain of FOS Inon Optics GmbH will also change.

The previous addresses:
@synova-optics.com (Asslar location) @fosoptics.de (Siegen location) will be successively transitioned to the new corporate domain @fosinon.com.

During the transition phase, all previous email addresses will remain active and reachable. We will inform you separately once the complete transition has been concluded.

What do you need to do?

No immediate action is required on your part. We merely request that you update the new company name in your systems and records starting from January 1, 2026.
